Fiorentina failed to win their first home game in the Serie A Week 2 game against Venezia on Sunday 25 August 2025 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy. The matchup between Palladino and Di Francesco lacked excitement, as Fiorentina made several attempts to score but couldn’t find a way past Joronen, who was the standout player on the pitch today. Both coaches attempted to shake things up with substitutions, but the game remained flat, resulting in each team walking away with a point.
