UEFA announcing the match officials for the game Torino vs Wolverhampton Wanderers on Thursday 22 August 2019 for the UEFA Europa League Playoffs First Leg at the Olimpico di Torino Stadium in Turin, Italy at 21:00 (Local time).  It is Referee Artur Soares Dias from Portugal to direct the game.

Referee Dias will be assisted by Assistant Referee 1: Rui Tavares (POR) and Assistant Referee 2: Paulo Santos (POR).  The fourth Official will be João Pinheiro (POR). The Referee Observer will be Bernardino González Vázquez (ESP)
