Result Spain vs Saudi Arabia, Sunday, 21 June 2026, World Coup Group H Spain defeated Saudi Arabia in an important Group H match of the FIFA World Cup at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sunday, June 21, 2026.  After a scoreless opening draw with Cape Verde, Spain's victory brought them to 4 points in Group H, whereas Saudi Arabia stayed at 1 point. Spain was truly in control! It's a one-sided match with Saudi Arabia failing to respond. Spain netted 4 goals, which includes an own goal. The scorers were Lamine Yamal (11'), Mikel Oyarzabal with two goals (21', 24'), and an own goal by Saudi defender Hassan Al-Tambakti (49'). "¡Olé!" and "¡Olé!" Without a doubt, Spain is still one of the top contenders for the World Cup. The real question is if they can keep up this remarkable level of play. Both teams were eager to secure their first victory of the tournament after unsatisfactory draws in their initial games. The City midfielder plays a deep ball, and the striker delivers a fantastic pass between the goalkeeper and defenders to the far post. Yamal appears at the far post and easily slots it into the empty net.

With a header, he assists Oyarzabal, who scores from close range without a miss. Two goals in just two minutes for the Spanish forward. Spain is on fire and the fans are loving it! Ole!
