This crucial home win propels Napoli back to the top of the standings, leading Serie A with 29 points. The competition for the Scudetto remains fierce, with Atalanta, Inter, and Fiorentina closely trailing at 28 points each.

Torino and Monza played to a 1-1 draw in Serie A’s Week 13 on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Olimpico di Torino Stadium in Turin, Italy. This result allows Torino to accumulate 15 points, placing them in 11th position in the league standings. Both teams managed to break their streak of three consecutive losses with this draw.

The match featured two goals from corner kicks within just a few minutes. Masina opened the scoring in the 59th minute, but Djuric quickly equalized for Monza in the 63rd minute. In the first half, Alessandro Nesta’s squad appeared more threatening, but the second half saw a shift in momentum. Genoa and Cagliari wrapped up Serie A Week 13 with an exciting draw on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in Genoa, Italy. Frendrup and Miretti found the net for the home side, while Marin and Piccoli converted penalties for the visitors. In the 59th minute, Genoa took the lead thanks to Fabio Miretti, who found the bottom left corner with a right-footed shot. The assist came from Morten Thorsby. After winning a physical tussle with Luperto on the right, Thorsby charged into the penalty area and sent a low cross into the middle, allowing Miretti to score as he shifted to the left, while Sherri stood helpless.

What a thrilling match! In the 88th minute, Cagliari managed to equalize! Roberto Piccoli took a penalty and skillfully placed it in the top right corner with his right foot. The penalty was awarded after Aarón Martín fouled Piccoli in the box. Number 9 struck the ball from a mid-height position to the right, while Leali dove the other way.

Atalanta triumphed in Serie A Week 13, taking down Parma at the Ennio Tardini Stadium on Saturday, November 23, 2024. This victory marks Atalanta’s seventh consecutive win, allowing them to tie with Inter in the standings at 28 points. Meanwhile, Parma faces another defeat after their recent win against Venezia, remaining at 12 points from 13 matches.

Atalanta took control early, scoring just 4 minutes into the game with a goal from Mateo Retegui. Ederson added a second goal, but Parma fought back in the second half, narrowing the gap with a stunning strike from Cancellieri. Parma has faced difficulties at home, having lost their last three Serie A matches against Atalanta, which is one more than the defeats they suffered in their previous 18 encounters (W9 D7). Among players with at least five active contributions, including goals and assists, only Kenan Yildiz and Santiago Castro are younger than Ange-Yoan Bonny, who has four goals and one assist. If the Parma striker reaches five goals, he will do so at the age of 21 years and 29 days, making him the seventh youngest player from the Gialloblu to achieve this feat, with Alberto Gilardino being the eighth at 21 years and 71 days.

What a letdown! The highly anticipated clash between AC Milan and Juventus in Serie A Week 13 ended in a goalless draw on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy. With no goals and minimal excitement, both teams walked away with just one point each. The match fell short of the hype, likely due to both sides prioritizing not to lose, as a single mistake could have been costly.

The offensive play was lacking, and the players seemed too cautious, resulting in a rather defensive game. The match was filled with competitiveness and tactical maneuvers, but the goalkeepers had little to do. Notable moments included an inaccurate header from Emerson Royal and a shot from Cambiaso that was blocked by Thiaw.
