🇮🇹 The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has designated the match officials for the Serie A Week 21 game Udinese vs Atalanta on Sunday 9 January 2022 at the Dacia Arena in Udine, Italy at 16:30

Change of date and time for three Serie A matches, postponed two first knockout rounds of the Italian Cup.  You also change in the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa for Atalanta-Venezaia and Napoli-Fiorentina.

Due to Covid, the dates and times of some Serie A matches relating to the second and third day of return change .  The Lega communicates in a statement on Saturday 8 January 2022 the following:

  •   Torino-Fiorentina has been moved to Monday 10 January at 17 (instead of Sunday 9 January at 14.30)
  •   Cagliari-Bologna will be played on Tuesday 11 January at 20.45 (instead of Sunday 9 January at 14.30) while Udinese-Atalanta was confirmed for tomorrow (Sunday 9 January) at 16.30.
  •   Change of date also for Bologna-Napoli, postponed to Monday 17 January at 18.30 (instead of Sunday 16 January at 15).

👉You also change in the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa Round of 16:

  • Atalanta-Venezia will be played on Wednesday 12 January  at 17:30 instead of 14:30
  • Napoli-Fiorentina will be played on Thursday 13 January 2022 at 18 insted of Wednesday 12 at 17:30

Bologna vs Inter was scheduled at 12:30. The game was not played due to COVID-19 issues.  Inter ended the 2021 as Winter Champions.  Despite, not playing the game, Inter remain in the 1st position with 46 points.

It’s the first game of 2022 for AC Milan winning the Serie A Week 20 game defeating AS Roma at the San Siro Stadium.  Milan with the quest to reclaim the first position while AS Roma need to climb to the top 5 positions.  Surely, AC Milan celebrating the New Year delighting the fans with this precious victory claiming all 3 points reaching 45 points being -1 point below Inter with 46 points and a pending game.  Roma stepped down from the 6th to the 7th position.

Lazio ending the home game against Empoli with a 3-3 draw.  The draw helping Lazio to climb from the 7th to the 6th position.  Empoli with 28 points are in the 9th position.

Juventus start the New Year 2022 with a home draw.  The objective was to win the Serie A Week 20 game failing to defeat Napoli at the Allianz Stadium.  Napoli claiming this golden point reaching 40 points being -5 points below AC Milan in the 2nd position with 45 points and +2 points above Atalanta with 38 points in the 4th position.
