Genoa failing to win the Serie A Week 12 game against AC Milan on Wednesday 16 December 2020 at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in Genova, Italy.  The game ended with a draw after Genoa taking the lead twice to see AC Milan making a comeback to claim a draw.  Genoa remain in the relegation zone with only 7 points compared to AC Milan in the 1st position with 28points.

This draw is an upset for AC Milan to keep a wide margin over Inter following closely in the second position.  The gap is shortening now to only +1 point above Inter with 27 points after defeating Napoli.
