Here are the 2022-2023 Italian Serie A Week 21 RESULTS / Twenty-first Round on Saturday 4, Sunday 5, Monday 6, and Tuesday 7 February 2023.   Napoli are the sole leaders having 56 points and + 13 points ahead of second-placed Inter with 43 points.  Inter claimed the 178th Derby di Milano defeating AC Milan.

A highlight of the Round is seeing Federico Baschirotto scoring Lecce’s 600th goal in Serie A (including forfeit results).

Lecce have remained unbeaten in four of their last five Serie A TIM away games (W2, D2), recording three clean sheets in the period.
