Inter securing the 1st position after crushing Genoa with a 3-0.  Inter reaching 56 points having a +4 points lead over AC Milan with 52 points after defeating AS Roma.

Bologna with a home win defeating Lazio at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium.  Three golden points for Bologna and chaos for Lazio on their quest to return to the top 5 positions.  For Bologna it is a golden victory reaching 28 points while Lazio remain with 43 points.   Wondering what’s happening to Lazio?   Imagine, tension is high that when Lazio was at 0-0 forward Ciro Immobile failed to convert a penalty saved by goalkeeper Skorupski!  It is a special victory for Bologna Coach Siniša Mihajlović celebrating his 100th game with Bologna in Serie A.

Hellas Verona battling against Juventus managed to grab a point at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium.  Juventus wasted the chance to grab the 3 points after leading with the goal by Cristiano Ronaldo.  Verona equalized for the 1-1 in the 78th minute with the goal by Antonin Barak.   Cristiano scored his 19th goal this season.

The battle for salvation.   Spezia dueled to make a comeback ending the Serie A Week 24 game against Parma with a draw at the Alberto Picco Stadium in Spezia.  Parma, desperately looking for points, had the lead with a 0-2 until the 72nd minute.  Spezia also in need of points managed to comeback from a 0-2 to equalize for the 2-2 thanks to the two goals by Emmanuel Gyasi.   The draw not helping much as Parma remain  in the relegation zone.  What a slap for Parma and a miracle for Spezia avoiding to fall down in the relegation zone.
