The curtain call has concluded. Inter wrapped up Serie A Week 38 with a draw against Bologna on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium. Inter finished the season as the Italian champions, amassing 87 points, with 27 wins and 89 goals scored. Unfortunately for Bologna, they ended up in eighth place with 56 points and will not be participating in European competitions next season. Without a doubt, it was a successful season for Inter, clinching both the Scudetto and Coppa Italia. Additionally, Lautaro Martinez emerged as the top scorer in Serie A with 17 goals.

Federico Dimarco kicked off the scoring with a stunning free kick into the top corner. Shortly after, Federico Bernardeschi equalized just a few minutes later, making it 1-1 before the end of the first half. Tommaso Pobega took a shot from the edge of the box, and with a deflection off Lautaro Martinez, the ball found its way into the net. In the second half, Zielinski scored an own goal, and then Diouf picked up the pace. He made a memorable play, first hitting the post, where Pio followed up, and then he confidently scored in front of Skorupski to level the match at 3-3. Diouf celebrated his first goal in Serie A, marking a delightful way to conclude the season.

⚽️ Inter took the lead in the 22nd minute.  Federico Dimarco netted a stunning left-footed free-kick into the top right corner. It was a perfect strike that goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski couldn't reach!

⚽️ Bologna leveled the score in the 25th minute.  Federico Bernardeschi found the net with a left-footed shot from the center, beating Inter's goalkeeper Yann Sommer in the bottom left corner.

⚽️ Tommaso Pobega scored with a left-footed shot into the bottom left corner. An unintentional deflection by Lautaro caught Martinez off guard, allowing Bologna to take the lead!

⚽️ Ouch! An own goal occurred in the 48th minute.  Piotr Zielinski scored an own goal! Miranda overlaps Rowe, and the Spaniard delivers a low cross into the box where Ferguson is poised to shoot. The Pole tries to intercept and deflect the ball, but unfortunately, it ends up in his own net!

⚽️  In the 64th minute, Francesco Pio Esposito scored for @Inter_en wth a right-footed shot to the high center. It all started with Diouf's move into the box, beating two opponents. His shot hit the post, but Esposito was there to make the rebound and made no mistake with his flat shot!

⚽️ In the 86th minute, Andy Diouf scored to equalize for Inter with a right-footed shot into the top right corner. Luka Topalovic provided the assist. Fantastic job! It's his first goal in Serie A! Topalovic made a great play, turning his back to the goal, he noticed Diouf out of the corner of his eye and delivered a long pass. This time, number 17 didn't miss and netted his first goal in Serie A!
