Hello, my friends. Here are the 2019-2020 Serie A Week 3 Results / Third Round on Saturday 14, Sunday 15, and Monday 16 September 2019.

The Serie A leader is Inter with 6 points and a positive goal difference of +6. Inter claiming the home victory after defeating Udinese at the Giuseppe Meaza Stadium.  Inter winning all 3 games and are just flying with the morale high to face the Champions League Group Stage match against Slavia Prague on Tuesday 17 September.

Serie A tickets

Bad news for Juventus failing to keep the perfect score.  Juventus, the defending Champions, ended with a draw at the Artemio Franchi Stadium.  Fiorentina putting a strong front ruining Juventus objective to claim the victory.   Juventus will play the Champions League Group Stage match against Atletico Madrid in Spain on Wednesday 18 September.

Napoli defeating Sampdoria at the San Paolo Stadium 2-0.  Forward Dries Mertens scoring the two goals delighting the fans and booting the morale of the team.  Napoli reaching  6 points and a positive goal difference of +2.   Napoli is ready to play the Champions League Group Stage against Liverpool on Tuesday 17 September at the San Paolo.   Tough start of the  season for Sampdoria losing all 3 games and down in the 20th position.

AS Roma winning their first game this season after demolishing Sassuolo with a 4 – 2 at the Olimpico Stadium.  Roma scoring all 4 goals in the first half seeing the debut of Armenian player Henrikh Mkhitaryan scoring his first goal with Roma in Serie A.

AC Milan conquered the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium defeating Hellas Verona with a 1-0.  Milan struggled to grab this away victory.  The goal was scored by Krzysztof Piatek after converting the penalty.   Slowly, but surely, AC Milan climbing the Serie A Standing to be within the European zone.

The big flop could be Torino wasting the chance to be in the leadership after losing the home game at the Olimpico di Torino Stadium.  Lecce, the underdogs, surprised Torino by grabbing this important away victory.  It’s a double victory for Lecce because it’s their first win this season.  Torino 1 – 2 Lecce
