AC Milan losing all 3 games in the International Champions Cup against Olympiacos, Manchester City and Liverpool in the United States. It’s just a bad Summer tournament for new Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi seeing AC Milan losing so badly ending in the last position of the group while conceding a total of10 goals and scoring just 1 goal. The numbers are clear, a loud crying for help!
Things starting bad for AC Milan. In the 17th minute, Liverpool with 2 shots on goal. First attempt is by midfielder Joe Allen delivering a right footed shot straight to the post. The ball still in the area…. It is now Raheem Sterling to challenge with a right footed shot AC Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati saving in the center. The ball still in the area….. Well, it is written… Joe Allen, finally, claiming the goal defeating Abbiati in the bottom right corner with a right footed shot.

AC Milan replacing goalkeeper Christian Abbiati with goalkeeper Gabriel. Forward Giampaolo Pazzini replaced by forward Mario Balotelli.
Liverpool replacing forward Raheem Sterling with forward Suso. Midfielder Lucas replaced by Conor Coady.
Things complicating for AC Milan with a forced substitution in the 71st minute. Defender Mattia De Sciglio is injured and cannot continue bringing now defender Michelangelo Albertazzi.
In the 78th minute, AC Milan forward M’Baye Niang seeing his right footed shot saved by Liverpool goalkeeper in the bottom right corner. Time running by and Milan without a response. The assist is by midfielder Keisuke Honda.
It’s just a nightmare! In the 89th minute it is Liverpool to increase the score! There you go the goal by midfielder Suso with a left footed shot defeating AC Milan goalkeeper Gabriel despite going to the right direction in the bottom right corner. The assist bis by Philippe Coutinho.
AC Milan seeing their chances to score disappearing! In the 90th minute, an assist by M’Baye Niang to forward Mario Balotelli delivering a right footed shot only to be saved in the center by Liverpool goalkeeper.
Last attempt for the Rossoneri is by Bryan Cristante with a right footed shot saved in the center! This is it… nothing to do.. AC Milan losing all the 3 games in the United States and the alarm sounding loud to revive this dying Milan.

Inter Milan defeat AS Roma in the United States! Inter and Roma delighting Italian football fans in the International Champions Cup with the happiest being Inter fans seeing their team defeating the Roman gladiators on Saturday 2 August 2014 at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This field is home of the NFL team Philadelphia Eagles. Inter winning thanks to the goals of their 2 defenders Nemanja Vidic and Yuto Nagatomo. It’s quite an interesting game as neither strikers from both teams could score.
Undoubtedly, it is a mega victory for Inter Milan sending a direct message to the Italian Serie A teams that they are ready to battle for the Scudetto this year too. Inter and Roma will face each other in Serie A on Sunday 30 November 2014 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium.

Roma unable to react despite battling, but not finding the way out.

It is confirmed, Inter, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, have signed striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo to please coach Walter Mazzarri who wanted him since he was coaching Napoli.
Now, get this one, Corriere dello Sport also reporting declarations from Manchester United forward Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez saying that “Yes, I am ready for Inter.” Mamma mia, so what is President Eric Thohir going to do now? It’s obvious that Osvaldo is the alternative for strikers Mauro Icardi and Rodrigo Palacio. It was a better fit, all three Argentinian strikers continuing the tradition (though Osvaldo naturalized Italian). This leaves an open question now.. Will Chicharito’s transfer remain only a rumor? What a tough situation for Chicharito….. Transfer market news also for AC Milan still hunting for a goalkeeper. And how they need it!!!!! … Napoli awaiting for Fellaini on Saturday… And I am so upset because midfielder Valon Behrami leaves Napoli to join Hamburg. Oh gosh!
Now, my friends, there are 2 headlines sadden me a lot! Here is the thing, Juventus played a friendly game with newly promoted Serie B to Serie A team Cesena and could not score a goal!!!!! Yep, Italy’s champions with new coach Massimiliano Allegri not sending a strong message to this current season. The other sad news is about the ongoing AC Milan crisis having 2 big defeats in the United States against Olympiacos and Manchester City. Challenge for coach Filippo Inzaghi is to prepare the last game against Liverpool at least to win 1 game in the International Champions Cup.
Ok, now, allow me to jump and do a special cheerleading for AS Roma! Oh yeah! Wohoooooooooooooooo The Roman gladiators led by the one and only Captain Francesco Totti defeated Real Madrid in the International Champions Cup!!!!!! BAM!
