AC Milan losing all 3  games in the International Champions Cup against Olympiacos, Manchester City and Liverpool  in the United States.  It’s just a bad Summer tournament for new Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi seeing AC Milan losing so badly ending in the last position of the group while conceding a total of10 goals and scoring just 1 goal.  The numbers are clear, a loud crying for help!

    Things starting bad for AC Milan.  In the 17th minute, Liverpool with 2 shots on goal.  First attempt is by  midfielder Joe Allen delivering a right footed shot straight to the post.  The ball still in the area….  It is now Raheem Sterling to challenge with a right footed shot AC Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati saving in the center.   The ball still in the area…..  Well, it is written… Joe Allen, finally, claiming the goal defeating Abbiati in the bottom right corner with a right footed shot.

    Referee  giving a penalty for Liverpool in the 27th minute conceded by AC Milan defender Adil Rami after bringing down Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling.    Taking the penalty spot is forward Rickie Lambert… and oh my gosh…. you just won’t believe it….  on a one on one and there you see AC Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati saving Lambert’s right footed shot with both hands in the bottom right corner!!!!  Yep.  Abbiati saved this penalty!!!!

    Second half starting with Liverpool and AC Milan making substitutions in the 45th minute.

    • AC Milan replacing goalkeeper Christian Abbiati with goalkeeper Gabriel.  Forward Giampaolo Pazzini replaced by forward Mario Balotelli.
    • Liverpool replacing forward Raheem Sterling with forward Suso. Midfielder Lucas  replaced by  Conor Coady.

    Things complicating for AC Milan with a forced substitution in the 71st minute.   Defender Mattia De Sciglio is injured and cannot continue bringing now defender Michelangelo Albertazzi.

    In the 78th minute, AC Milan forward M’Baye Niang seeing his right footed shot saved by Liverpool goalkeeper in the bottom right corner.  Time running by and Milan without a response.  The assist is by midfielder Keisuke Honda.

    It’s just a nightmare!   In the 89th minute it is Liverpool to increase the score!  There you go the goal by midfielder Suso with a left footed shot defeating AC Milan goalkeeper Gabriel despite going to the right direction in the bottom right corner.  The assist bis by Philippe Coutinho.

    AC Milan seeing their chances to score disappearing! In the 90th minute, an assist by M’Baye Niang to forward Mario Balotelli delivering a right footed shot only to be saved in the center by Liverpool goalkeeper.

    Last attempt for the Rossoneri is by Bryan Cristante with a right footed shot saved in the center!  This is it… nothing to do.. AC Milan losing all the 3 games in the United States and the alarm sounding loud to revive this dying Milan.
