👉 Hello, my friends. Here are the 2023-2024 Italian Serie A Week 34 RESULTS / Thirty-fourth Round on Friday 26, Saturday 27, Sunday 28, and Monday 29 April 2024.
Inter won the 2023-2024 Italy’s Champions winning the Scudetto last week after defeating AC Milan in the Milan Derby. The Nerazzurri, fresh winners of the Scudetto in the Milan derby won last Monday, face the Granata, capable of picking up just two points in the last four championship matches. The Nerazzurri celebrate the Scudetto by continuing their triumphal march in search of records.
Salernitana is the first team relegated to the Serie B is Salernitana after losing the game with Frosinone. Mathematically speaking, Salernitana with only 15 points are in the last position with only 4 more games to end the season. The good news is for Frosinone because this victory helped them to leave the relegation zone.
Lazio defeat Hellas Verona and for the moment climbed to the 6th position. It is a special victory for Lazio Coach Igor Tudor because he celebrates reaching 100 points in Serie A.

👉 2023 – 2024 Italy Serie A Standing – Serie A Table up to Monday 29 April 2024
Serie A Standing BEFORE the game:
Fiorentina, 9th position with 47 points and a positive goal difference of +9
Sassuolo, 19th position with 26 points and a negative goal difference of -26
Fiorentina won in grand style the Serie A Week 34 game crushing Sassuolo on Sunday 28 April 2024 at the Artemio Franchi Staddium in Sassuolo, Italy. After the elimination from the Italian Cup, suffered on Wednesday in the semi-final return match against Atalanta, Fiorentina is called to make immediate redemption in the championship, both to raise morale in view of the Conference League semi-final against Bruges and to remain attached to the European train in the championship.
Fiorentina, on the other hand, is back in the fight for a place in Europe, in fact there are 50 points for the Italian men who catch up with Napoli despite the game still to be recovered against Atalanta.
Sassuolo’s ordeal therefore continues as, with tonight’s five, they have conceded 13 goals in their last four games, certainly not a positive thing for those who have to think about saving themselves and find themselves five points behind fourth-last Empoli. For the neroverdi only the 10 points collected in 2024 remain with relegation now seeming inevitable.
After the 1-0 in the first half, scored by Sottil, in the second everything happened in 12 minutes: Martinez Quarta doubled the lead in the 54th minute following a cross from Arthur, Thorstvedt closed the gap a minute before the trio served by Nico Gonzalez, again head. For Sassuolo the lights go out and the Viola spread with goals from Barak in the 62nd minute and Nico Gonzalez in the 66th minute. In the final, Italiano’s men created further opportunities before slowing down the pace in the last ten minutes. Marcenaro sends everyone to the locker rooms without recovery, as if to certify the enormous difference seen tonight between the teams on the pitch at the Franchi.
Fiorentina took the lead in the 17th minute. Riccardo Sottil defeated Sassuolo goalkeeper Andrea Consigli with a right footed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Arthur

✅ Stats before the game: Fiorentina have won only two of the last eight Serie A matches against Sassuolo (2N, 4P), even if these two successes came in the three most recent matches (a Neroverde success in the first leg completes the partial). This will be the sixth time that Fiorentina and Sassuolo face each other in Serie A after the 33rd matchday: the neroverdi have won three of the previous five (1N, 1P). Fiorentina have won only one of their last five home games against Sassuolo in Serie A (2N, 2L), after having found success in three of the first five (1N, 1L). Sassuolo is the team currently in Serie A with the longest open streak of consecutive away games with at least one goal conceded in the top division: 22; the last away clean sheet for the neroverdi in the competition dates back to 25 February 2023, against Lecce. Fiorentina remained unbeaten in all of their last five league matches against opponents lower in the table at the start of the day (2W, 3D), after having lost two of the previous three (1N), including the first leg of this Serie A against Sassuolo (6 January).
