In third place, Milan is now two points ahead of Juventus, who have 65 points in fourth, and five points clear of fifth-placed Como, who are at 62 points and are eager to break into the top four for a Champions League position. Cagliari triumphed over Atalanta at the Unipol Domus. This victory secured three crucial points for Cagliari’s fight for survival, allowing them to move eight points ahead of Cremonese. Cagliari now sits at 33 points in 16th place, while Atalanta remains at 54 points in 7th place, just outside the European qualification zone. Cagliari quickly established a two-goal advantage within the first ten minutes, thanks to Mendy’s efforts. However, Atalanta managed to equalize just before halftime with a brace from Scamacca.
