
On January 24th 1999, Cristian Abbiati made his full debut for Milan in Serie A. After 60 minutes of play the rossoneri were down 2-1 at the Dall’Ara stadium but then Magoni scored an own goal and N’Gotty scored the only decisive goal of his Milan career in the last minute, giving the rossoneri all three points.
On February 12th, 2000, Milan were cruising in the first hour of play thanks to three goals scored by Gattuso (his first ever goal for Milan), Shevchenko and Bierhoff. But it was far from over because Bologna came back and scored two goals with Ingesson and Eriberto. It finished 2-3 with Boban very critical of his own defence.
On October 15th, 2000, Roque Junior made his debut for Milan. However Bologna ran out winners by 2-1 thanks to a last minute goal from Piacentini.
On March 10th, 2002, Milan lost 2-0 in Bologna and the rossoneri fans were very unhappy. However, the team went on to win their next three games and managed to qualify for the preliminary round of the Champions League.
In the seasons 2002/03, 2003/04 and 2004/05 Milan won all three games away to Bologna by the same result; 2-0.
On September 1st 2012, Pazzini made his full debut for Milan and scored a hat-trick at the Dall’Ara.
On September 25th, 2013, the last time Milan played at the Dall’Ara, the Rossoneri were losing 3-1 but managed to claw back two goals to claim a draw (just like they did last weekend against Frosinone).
