We need to shake off our fragility and become more solid because in this moment in time results are what count. Training retreats are normal in Italian football in difficult times. I haven’t got any suggestions or further advice. In my opinion a team needs to be responsible and able to understand alone when it’s necessary to remain united and work hard.
