The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has designated the match officials for the Serie A Week 21 game Genoa vs Napoli on Saturday 6 February 2021 at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in Genova, Italy at 20:45.  It is Referee Gianluca Manganiello from the section of Pinerolo to direct the game.

Referee Manganiello will be assisted by Alessandro Costanzo from the section of Orvietto and Emanuele Prenna from the section of Molfetta.   The fourth official will be Marco Piccinini from the section of Forlì.   The VAR will be Marco Di Bello from the section of Brindisi and the AVAR will be Stefano Liberti from the section of  Pisa.
