The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has designated the match officials for the Serie A Week 1 game Parma vs Napoli on Sunday 20 September 2020 at the Ennio Tardini Stadium in Parma, Italy at 12:30.  It is Referee Maurizio Mariani from the section of Aprilia to direct the game.

Referee Mariani will be assisted by Emanuele Prenna from the section of Molfetta and Damiano Margani from the section of Latina.  The fourth official will be Riccardo Ros from the section of Pordenone.  The VAR will be Gianluca Aureliano from the section of Bologna and the AVAR will be Stefano Del Giovane from the section of Albano Laziale.
