Hello my friends. Here are the Serie A Week 3 Results – Roundup Third Round on Saturday 10, Sunday 11, and Monday 12 September 2016.

Juventus defeated Sassuolo on Saturday at the Juventus Stadium with a result Juventus 3 – 1 Sassuolo.   Juventus  will have the chance to remain in the first position only if Genoa lose or draw to Fiorentina at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium and Sampdoria losing to Roma at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium on Sunday.

Juventus and Sassuolo now have time to prepare for their European competition.  Sassuolo is playing in the Europa League Group Stage while Juventus is playing in the Champions League Group Stage and will face Sevilla on September 14 at the Juventus Stadium. Sassuolo will face Athletic Club Bilbao on September 15 at the Mapei Stadium.

Tough lesson for Palermo at the Renzo Barbera Stadium!    Napoli humiliating Palermo by scoring 3 goals.  A magic match for Argentinian forward José Callejón scoring 2 goals in the 51st and 65th minute.   The score was opened by Slovakian midfielder Marek Hamsik.  Napoli highly motivated with this victory will prepare for their Champions League match against Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday 13 September in Ukraine.

Bologna 2 – 1 Cagliari.  A tough defeat for Cagliari remaining with 10 players after Referee Abisso gave a red card to goalkeeper Marco Storari for a handball in the 54th minute.

Genoa 0 – 0  Fiorentina.  Referee Banti suspended the game in the 28th minute for bad weather.  Heavy rain.

One of the big flop  is the defeat of AC Milan at the San Siro Stadium.  AC Milan 0  – 1 Udinese.   Milan unable to react and losing the match disappointing the fans.

A super victory for Inter who were down at the Adriatico Stadium.   Pescara taking the lead, but surely, never ruled out Inter forward Mauro Icardi who was the hero scoring 2 goals to secure the victory and the first win this season.

Empoli winning their first game this season in Serie A after defeating Crotone with a 2-1 on Monday 12 September.  Crotone is the only team without winning a game yet and going down to the 20th position of the  Serie A Table.

The top scorer of the Serie A: Torino forward Andrea Belotti, Napoli forward José Callejón, and Atalanta Franck Kessie with 4 goals each
