Fiorentina won in grand style the Serie A Week 34 game crushing Sassuolo on Sunday 28 April 2024 at the Artemio Franchi Staddium in Sassuolo, Italy. After the elimination from the Italian Cup, suffered on Wednesday in the semi-final return match against Atalanta, Fiorentina is called to make immediate redemption in the championship, both to raise morale in view of the Conference League semi-final against Bruges and to remain attached to the European train in the championship.

For Sassuolo the lights go out and the Viola spread with goals from Barak in the 62nd minute and Nico Gonzalez in the 66th minute. In the final, Italiano’s men created further opportunities before slowing down the pace in the last ten minutes. Marcenaro sends everyone to the locker rooms without recovery, as if to certify the enormous difference seen tonight between the teams on the pitch at the Franchi.
