Napoli win the Serie A Week 14 game against Empoli on Tuesday 8 November 2022 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium in Milan, Italy. Napoli reached 38 points. Spalletti’s changes decide the game: Hirving Lozano breaks the game by converting the 1-0 penalty and serving the assist to the other newcomer, Piotr Zielinski. Napoli finds the tenth consecutive victory in the league suffering but in the end having the better of Empoli.

Napoli Coach Luciano Spalletti received his “Coach of the Month” award before the game.

Napoli took the lead in the 69th minute. Mexican forward Hirving Lozano defeated Empoli goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario converting a penalty with a right-footed shot to the bottom left corner. The penalty is conceded by Razvan Marin after a foul on Victor Osimhen.

Napoli increased the score in the 89th minute. Piotr Zielinski scored with a left-footed shot to the bottom right corner. The assist is by Hirving Lozano.
