AC Milan failing to win the Serie A Week 13 game defeated by Fiorentina on Saturday 20 November 2021 at the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence, Italy.   AC Milan losing their first game this season, though, remain in the 2nd position with 32 points while Fiorentina reaching 21 points climbing the Standing. It is a superb victory for Fiorentina in front of their fans. Fiorentina hooks Lazio and Juventus in the standings, temporarily bypassing José Mourinho’s Roma.

  Stats before the game.  AC Milan have recorded 74 Serie A victories against Fiorentina; in this regard, they’ve only done better against Roma (77). Furthermore, the Viola are the team the Rossoneri have scored the most goals against in the league (253).   Fiorentina and AC Milan have met 81 times at the Stadio Franchi: Fiorentina with 31 wins, 24 draws and AC Milan 26 wins.   AC Milan could become the second team in Serie A history to win 16 away matches in a single calendar year (after Napoli’s 18 victories in 2017). In 2021, the Rossoneri have currently won as many games on the road as Juventus did in 2018 (15).
