Napoli keep the first position after winning the Serie A Week 11 game defeating Salernitana on Sunday 31 October 2021 at the Arechi Stadium in Salerno, Italy.   For the second time in their history, Napoli winning 10 of their first 11 matches in a single Serie A season, after 2017/18.      Napoli reaching 31 points and a positive goal difference of +20.  Salernitana down to the 19th position with 7 points and a negative goal difference of -13.
