Napoli crushing AS Roma’s race for the Scudetto at the San Paolo Stadium with the goals by forward Gonzalo Higuain and Jose Maria Callejon.   Napoli claiming the full 3 points and battling for a spot in the top 3 positions while Roma failing big time.  It’s a waste for Roma because they were battling with Juventus having both 22 points to keep up the neck to neck race for the Scudetto.  Juventus now is sole leader after defeating Empoli reaching 25 points.

Napoli opening the score in the 3rd minute!   Yep, a super fast goal to set the tone of the game.  It is forward Gonzalo Higuain to defeat  AS Roma goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis with a right footed shot in the center.    It’s Higuain’s 5th goal this season. De Sanctis is an ex-Napoli player.

Despite Roma  looking for a draw, the hope vanished!  In the 85th minute, Napoli archiving the result with the goal by forward Jose Maria Callejon defeating goalkeeper De Sanctis with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner.  It’s the 8th goal this season for Callejon. Total joy at the San Paolo and the assist is by forward Gonzalo Higuain.  Great game for Higuain with goal and assist.
