It’s the 215th Milan Derby and it is Inter to claim the bragging rights to rule the City of Milan.   Inter  the only team winning the first 3 games of the season and are now sole leaders of the Serie A with full 9 points.  The hero of the Milan Derby – Derby della Madonnina is Colombian midfielder Fredy Guarin scoring the only goal of the match to make this precious gift to Inter fans at the Meazza Stadium.  A step back for AC Milan.   Inter jumping from the 4th position to the 1st postion while Milan remaining in the 12th position with a negative goal difference of -2.

Surely, an emotional match also for both coaches.  AC Milan coach Sinisa Mihahlovic former Inter vice coach under current coach Roberto Mancini.   The ex Inter player forward Mario Balotelli listed among the subs.

First yellow card of the match is for AC Milan defender Ignazio Abate after a foul on Inter forward Stevan Jovetic in the 22nd minute.
