UEFA will give awards to 22 Clubs who have lefted at least once the European Cup / Champions League since the initiation of the competition.   In occasion of UEFA’s 60th anniversary, and awards presented at the offical UEFA dinner on Friday 5 June 2015 in Berlin ahead of the Champions League final between Juventus-Barcelona.   Three Serie A teams to receive this award including AC Milan 7 time winners, behind in the all time winners list only to Real Madrid.
