Juventus win the Supercoppa Italia defeating Napoli on Wednesday 20 January 2021 at the Mapei Stadium in Sassuolo, Italy.   The two ex-AC Milan players facing each other now as Coach… Gennaro Gattuso coaching Napoli and Andrea Pirlo coaching Juventus. The joyful moment is for Andrea Pirlo with his first trophy as a Juventus Coach. More great news for Juventus because Cristiano Ronaldo just became the greatest goalscorer in the history of football, with his 760th professional career goal. Cristiano opened the score for Juventus in the 64th minute.


It is Juventus to open the score in the 64th minute. Forward Cristiano Ronaldo defeating Napoli goalkeeper David Ospina from very close range with a left footed shot in the top left corner following a corner conceded by defender Kostas Manolas.


Napoli wasted the chance to equal the game in the 80th minute.  Captain Lorenzo Insigne failed to convert the penalty conceded by Weston McKennie after a foul on forward Dries Mertens.

Juventus sealing the victory in the 95th minute with forward Álvaro Morata scoring for the 2-0 with a right footed shot delighting the fans.
