MILAN – The Rossoneri have run out 3-0 winners over Inter in tonight’s derby at the San Siro. The deadlock was broken on 35 minutes when Alex jumped up highest at the back post and nodded in a whipped cross from Keisuke Honda. In the second half, Mauro Icardi had the chance to get his side back into the game after he was brought down in the area by Alex on 69 minutes, but the Argentinian sent the resulting penalty crashing against the post. Milan made Inter pay soon after as Carlos Bacca came diving in to connect with a cross from M’Baye Niang and volley the ball home with his knee.
