Napoli faces a crucial match in Serie A on Sunday, October 20, 2024, as they take on Empoli at the Carlo Castellani Stadium in Empoli, Italy. A victory is essential for Napoli to keep their position at the top of the league.

Antonio Conte has yet to secure a win or even find the back of the net against Empoli. In their four past encounters—two with Bari and two with Siena—he experienced two goalless draws at home and two losses in Empoli. This marks Conte's return to Empoli after a long absence of 14 years, with the last match being in October 2010, where Siena fell to Empoli 3-0.
