Following the presentation of the final 23-man squad for Euro 2016 as broadcast live on Rai 1’s show ‘Sogno Azzurro’, the Azzurri arrived at Coverciano’s national training centre on a Frecciarossa 1000 train made available by Trenitalia. The television programme topped the prime time figures with 4,242,000 viewers and a 17,20% market share. The Azzurri posed for their official photos this morning with their Puma kits and Scervino tailored suits before the first of two training sessions on the day. The team returned to the training pitch in the afternoon to prepare for the friendly match with Finland on Monday 6th June in Verona at 20:45 CET. The Finland fixture is the final warm-up match before the team travels to Montpellier on Wednesday 8th June.
