MILAN – Germany have won the World Cup after beating Argentina 1-0 in the final this evening, Mario Goetze netting the game’s only goal in extra time.

It’s the ultimate disappointment for Alejandro Sabella’s side and the three Inter players in his squad following the excellent tournament they’ve had. Our hats go off to Ricky Alvarez, Hugo Campagnaro and Rodrigo Palacio (who came off the bench in the 77th minute tonight) for their efforts during Brazil 2014.
