The distance between the rossoneri youngsters and their city-rivals Inter is in fact 7 points. Albinoleffe in third meanwhile are a full 11 points behind and that’s also having played one game more.Out of 22 matches, which includes 17 victories, our boys have scored 63 goals and conceded just 21. Those numbers highlight the outstanding campaign by the players coached by Brocchi and Lazzarini.The side have also been able to replicate their domestic form abroad with some brilliant displays at international tournaments:- In August, they came second at the Manchester United Premier Cup against sides such as Manchester United, Boca Juniors, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Internacional, Chivas and Grasshopper.- In January they finished third in the Al Kass International Cup which involved the participation of Aspire Academy, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Kashiwa Reysol, PSG,  Porto, Fluminense, Auxerre, Manchester City and Chicago Fire.- Last weekend, the boys then came second in the Memorial Aragones Tournament in Madrid, losing by the narrowest of margins 1-0 in the final against Atletico Madrid (a side they beat 3-1 in the group stages of the competition).There have also been a number of stand-out individual performances in addition to the collective ones highlighted above that deserve to be mentioned:- El Hilali, La Ferrara and Llamas were named amongst the best players in the group stages of the Al Kass International Cup while Cutrone was the top-scorer of the competition.- De Piano best player, Llamas best wing-back and Zanellato best centre midfielder at the Memorial Aragones tournament.There have also been numerous international call-ups:  Crosta, Cutrone, Donnarumma, Iudica, La Ferrara, Llamas, Malberti, Spinelli for Italy, Hadziosmanovic for Montenegro, Modic for Serbia.League goals scored: La Ferrara 13, Cutrone 10, Agnero 9, Modic 5, Zanellato 4, Careccia 3, Hamadi 3, Trentino 3, El Hilali 2, Hadziosmanovic 2, Malberti 1, Spinelli 1, Jones 1, Zucchetti 1, Tsadjout 1, Torrasi 1, Ndiaye 1, Iudica 1, (1 own-goal)The players have grown as a group, season by season in a journey that began at the Esordienti level of the Milan Youth Sector.
