AC MILAN: BALOTELLI & ABATE TRAIN WITH SQUAD

The Milan players conducted the last training session before the TIM Cup match against Carpi.

MILANELLO – Last training session for the rossoneri on the central pitch at Milanello. The session started with some running exercises over varying lengths followed by some sprints.

After that the players focused on tactics for the match against Carpi, followed by a training match 11 against 11 on a full size pitch which concentrated on dead ball situations and crosses.

Abate and Balotelli joined the whole squad for the entire session. Menez continued to work on his own personal training program while Mexes and Ely did not train with the squad.
