Summer signings Moise Kean and Samuele Ricci have been selected by Roberto Mancini for the same Italy squad, while young striker Mattia Liberali joins the Azzurrini for the 2027 UEFA Under-21 European Championship qualifiers against Armenia and Poland.
Nico Paz links up with Argentina for friendlies against Bolivia, Burkina Faso and Benin. Martin Baturina and Ivan Smolčić will turn out for Croatia in Nations League Group C fixtures against the Czech Republic, Spain and England. Trevoh Chalobah has been named in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for the same group, facing Spain, the Czech Republic and Croatia.
Willy Kambwala represents Congo in Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Equatorial Guinea and Zimbabwe plus friendlies against Uganda. Tasos Douvikas has been called up by Greece for Nations League Group B games against Serbia, Germany and the Netherlands. Assane Diao joins Senegal for AFCON Group J qualifiers against Mozambique and Ethiopia as well as a friendly against Comoros.
The young Spanish trio of Jacobo Ramón, Álex Valle and Jesús Rodríguez will play for Spain Under-21s in the 2027 U21 Euro qualifiers against Finland, San Marino and Romania.
