Hello my friends. Here is the Serie A Week 3  Preview – Third Round on Saturday 10, Sunday 11, and Monday 12 September 2016.    The Serie A resuming after the International Break for the FIFA World Cup Qualifications and Friendlies games.

We have an interesting round and we might see new leader in the Serie A.  Currently, there are 3 teams with the maximum 6 points: Genoa, Juventus, and Sampdoria. The first position is for Genoa having a better goal difference +4, Juventus and Sampdoria have a +2 goal difference each.

Juventus will have the chance to jump to the first position in the case of Genoa losing to Fiorentina at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium and Sampdoria losing to Roma at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium.

We have 3 teams without points and will look to win their first game this season to get away from the relegation zone:  Atalanta, Crotone, and Empoli.

Juventus winning their first two games reaching 6 points just as Genoa and Sampdoria.   Juventus will have the chance to jump to the first position in the case of Genoa losing to Fiorentina at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium and Sampdoria losing to Roma at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium.   Currently, Genoa is in the first position because they have a better goal difference +4 compared to Juventus having +2.

Sassuolo with only 1 win after defeating Palermo on Round 1 at the Renzo Barbera Stadium.  It’s a chance for the ex Juventus player forward Alessandro Matri to gain momentum, especially, if scoring against Juve to grab a draw or victory.
