Inter win their last friendly game ahead of the Serie A 2021-22 Kick off.  Inter defeated Dynamo Kiev with a 3-0 on Saturday 14 August 2021 at the U-Power Stadium in Monza, Italy. The scorers are Nicolo Barella, Edin Dzeko and Stefano Sensi. It’s a good sign for the new Inter player Edin Dzeko presenting himself with a goal.   Inter having 53% ball possession and Dynamo Kiev 47% ball possession.   Inter will play the Serie A Week 1 against Genoa on Saturday 21 August at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan.

The friendly summer game Joan Gamper Trophy between the two giants.  Barcelona crushed Juventus  on Sunday 8 August 2021 at the Estadi Johan Cruyff.   Barcelona win the Joan Gamper Trohpy.  A bad game for Juventus and better be ready for the Serie A kickoff!  It is a humiliating defeat. The match with a sadness note because Lionel Messi is no longer a Barcelona player while some fans chanted his name.

It is Barcelona to open the score with a fast goal in the 3rd minute.  Memphis defeating Juventus goalkeeper with a left footed shot to the bottom left corner.  The assist is by Yusuf Demir.  Bam, not a good start for the Bianconeri…. wake up Juve!

Second goal of the match is for Barcelona without giving a chance to Juventus to react.

Incredible so, the final nail on the coffin, in the 92nd minute. Barcelona putting the word “the end” defeating Juventus with a 3-0.

The big test, the Derby of Europe ended with a goalless draw.  AC Milan challenged Real Madrid in the Athletes Versus Cup Real on Sunday 8 August 2021 at the Wörthersee Stadion in Klagenfurt.  The test, despite the absence of goals, is a positive result.  AC Milan will play another friendly game next Saturday against Panathinaikos in Trieste.  AC Milan will start the 2021-22 Serie A Season on Monday 23 August against Sampdoria at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.

Good start for new AC Milan goalkeeper Maignan saving a penalty in the 41st minute.   Maignan saved Gareth Bale’s left footed penalty shot in the bottom left corner.  The penalty is conceded by Davide Calabria after a foul on Bale.
