Cagliari 2 – 2 AS Roma

38′ Marko Rog                            59′ Cengiz Ünder
43′ Sebastian Walukiewicz   61′ Henrikh Mkhitaryan

Cagliari and AS Roma faced each other in a pre-season friendly on Saturday 12 September 2020 at the Sardegna Arena.   The game ended with a draw which is disappointing for Cagliari who were leading with a 2-0.   Cagliari Coach Eusebio Di Francesco met with his ex team.   The draw for AS Roma sounds more like a victory reacting in the second half to level the score.

The Serie A 2020-2021 Serie A season starts next week.  Hellas Verona vs AS Roma on Saturday 19 September at the Marc’Antonio Bentegodi Stadium and Sassuolo vs Cagliari on Sunday 20 September at the Mapei Stadium.
