Cagliari Coach Eusebio Di Francesco conducting the training on Friday 21 August 2020 in Asseminello.  As reported by Cagliari official website, from morning to late afternoon the players showed up as scheduled at the Sports Center to work on the pitch on an individual basis, divided into small groups.

The sessions began with an athletic part supervised by the trainer Nicandro Vizoco: dry activation and metabolic work for all.   Coach Di Francesco and the staff then proposed specific ward exercises to the team: the defenders worked on the line; combinations for shooting for midfielders and forwards.

Training will continue tomorrow Saturday 22 August 2020 in Asseminello.

Cagliari ended the 2019-2020 Serie A Season in the 14th position with the following stats.

Cagliari Coach Eusebio Di Francesco having the first seasonal training on Thursday 20 August 2020.  Cagliari conducted health tests carried out in the morning, the players arrived at the Assemini Sports Center – in scheduled stages – to carry out sessions on the pitch on an individual basis, divided into small groups.

Under the orders of Eusebio Di Francesco and his staff, after an initial part dedicated to metabolic work, the rossoblùs were engaged in a series of technical-tactical exercises for defenders, midfielders and forwards.

Training continue on Friday 21 August 2020 in Asseminello a new day of training is scheduled, from morning to afternoon.

Cagliari ended the 2019-2020 Serie A Season in the 14th position with the following stats.

Cagliari pre-season preparation for the 2020-21 Season will take place between Aritzo and the Assemini Sports Center.

New Cagliari Coach is Eusebio Di Francesco replacing Walter Zenga, August 3, 2020.

Cagliari ended the 2019-2020 Serie A Season in the 14th position with the following stats.

As reported by Cagliari Official Website, the meeting is scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday 18 August 2020 in Asseminello. From here, on Wednesday afternoon, the departure for Aritzo to start working on the field with an afternoon session in the now usual setting of the Wind Stadium. A first part of preparation that will unfold with double workouts (at 9.30 and at 18) until closing on Saturday 22.

Cagliari will stay at the Hotel Sa Muvara, will therefore return for the sixth consecutive year to the Barbagia mountains, in the heart of Sardinia, ready to experience the territory once again.

After a day of rest, from the morning of Monday 24th, the team will return to work in Asseminello where the team will train until 13th September.
