Bayern Munich crushed Roma.  Tough situation because Roma not only lost Matchday 3, AS Roma 1 – 7 Bayern Munich, Tuesday 22 October 2014, but also losing Matchday 4.  However, Roma still have chances to qualify to the Round of 16 that will be based on the result of Matchday 5. .

Things starting bad for AS Roma!  Bayern Munich forward Franck Ribery opening the score in the 38th minute following a fast break defeating AS Roma goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski with a right footed shot  in the bottom right corner.   The assist is by defender David Alaba.

It’s just a tragic adventure for the Roman gladiators!  In the 64th minute,  it is forward Mario Gotze to score with a right footed shot from close range.  It’s devastating to see goalkeeper Skorupski frustrated as the ball went to the top right corner.  Nothing to do, Roma collapsed.
