The 2015-16 season is nearly upon us. Rudi Garcia’s men will meet in Trigoria on July 5 ready to leave for Pinzolo the following day. The Giallorossi will remain in Val Rendena until July 11, after which they’ll head off on their international tour.
It’s not the first time Roma have kicked off their preparations in Val Rendena – the Giallorossi were based in the region in both 1989 and 1990 for their pre-season camp. This time, the squad will leave for the mountains on Monday July 6, ready for their first practice session of the season that afternoon. As well as training daily at the Centro Sportivo Pineta, Totti and Co. will take part in a number of activities involving fans in the area. We’ll update you with a detailed schedule of what’s planned in the coming days.
There’ll be a Giallorossi vibe to Pinzolo from July 4 as the AS Roma Fan Village whirs into action. Just like at previous training camps and on matchdays at the Stadio Olimpico, the Fan Village will be a place for fans to indulge their passion for Roma from morning until night. Open until July 12, the Fan Village will include a club store, where fans can purchase the whole range of brand-new official merchandise, and a ticket office, where the Giallorossi faithful can snap up a season ticket for the coming year. Val Rendena will also see a visit from kids involved in the AS Roma Camps, who’ll be training just around the corner from their idols.
Not long to go now! Get ready, Roma is back soon…
