In a city like Rome, local radio drives debate on football and AS Roma in particular. Roma Radio, 100.7 fm, is the station that will finally bring you unfiltered coverage of the club, as it makes its debut on the airwaves to provide clear and comprehensive coverage.

The schedule will include live programs seven days a week, which you can tune into via streaming or using the special app, with content ranging from pure entertainment to specific features on the first team and its players, tactical analysis, interviews and matchday commentaries. The Roma Radio team is made up of broadcasting professionals and sports journalists: they will host the station’s range of programs with first-rate guests from the world of politics, culture, showbusiness and of course football.

This unique angle – the only one of its kind – will enable Roma Radio to be a leading platform for debate and break down the usual barriers between supporters and the club with regards to communication, by involving the other key figures in Italian top level football. Roma Radio therefore aims to hear from management, coaches and players from other teams to create new, positive lines of communication by working together with the media departments of other clubs.

Good Morning Roma – This is the show that starts the day. From 09:00 to 13:00 Monday to Friday, David Rossi will take listeners through the morning news surrounding Roma. Scheduling allows the program to tell the story of Roma’s training sessions and analyze Serie A and Champions League fixtures, with a particular focus on the Giallorossi’s upcoming opponents. The program will include exclusive interviews with Serie A coaches, management and players. Good Morning Roma will also run features on legendary tales and players of the past, looking at matches and stars of years gone by: a series of reports that will consolidate Roma’s strong ties with the past, something the club really values, as seen through the Hall of Fame.

Citofonare Trigoria – From 13:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday, Alessandro Paglia will present the show where news meets pure entertainment, a place where listeners are encouraged to take an active part. The Roma players will not only star on the field this season, but also the airwaves as they speak live and interact via social media. Citofonare Trigoria is also the place to go for news on the Roma academy, with interviews and special features focusing on the Giallorossi youth teams.

Piazzale Dino Viola – It’s not only the address of Roma HQ but also the name of the show that is aired between 16:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday and presented by Gabriele Cosmelli. A slot that creates a genuine forum for Giallorossi fans, bringing them the latest news on all things Roma and much more besides. As the day winds down, Piazzale Dino Viola will provide listeners with the story of the day at Trigoria, exclusive content with players, coaches and management, as well as several features on football, current affairs and culture, with a particular eye on Roma fans around the world.

Tango! – Roma Radio’s Saturday afternoon offering, full of stories, analysis and light-hearted content. Presented by Simone Conte and Camilla Spinelli, every Saturday from 13:00 to 16:00, Tango! is where you’ll find facts and figures from leagues around the world, tales of players past and present, and the best and worst that the internet has to offer on the world of football. The continual mix of content involving the presenters and guests mean Tango! is the place to go for Roma news (with press conferences and live updates of Primavera matches), far-flung stories and the weirdest rumors unearthed or made up by the Tango! team.
