The Italian Referee Association (AIA) has designated the match officials for the Coppa Italia Round of 16 game, AS Roma vs Spezia on Tuesday 19 January 2021 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium in Rome, Italy at 21:15.  It is Referee Davide Ghersini from the section of Genova to direct the game.

Referee Ghersini will be assisted by Prenna Emanuele from the section of Molfetta and Michele Lombardi from the section of Brescia.   The fourth official will be Fabrizio Pasqua from the sectio of Tivoli.   The VAR will be Marco Guida from the section of Torre Annunziata and the AVAR will be Di Vuolo from the section of  Castellammare.
