StatsBomb and ACF Fiorentina have announced a partnership centred around match analysis and scouting data. As part of this, the two will organise the Big Data Innovations in Football conference, to be held at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence on Thursday 26 March.

The conference will feature staff from StatsBomb and ACF Fiorentina, as well as other football clubs in Serie A and some of the top international leagues. There will also be contributions from figures from the media and data industries, who will show how clubs are using big data in their match analysis and scouting activities.

The conference will run from 9:00 to 17:00 CET, with a break during which a light lunch will be provided. The event is free to attend and is mainly targeted at directors, analysts and scouts from Serie A and B clubs, as well as media professionals.
