WORLD FOOTBALL MOURNS THE PASSING OF EUSEBIO

MILAN – Eusebio da Silva Ferreira passed away last night.
The star of Portuguese football won the European Cup in 1962 with the club that his name will always be associated with, Benfica. Born in 1942 in the Portuguese colony of Mozambique, he won the Ballon d’Or in 1965 and the Golden Boot twice in 1968 and 1973.
