As reported by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), in addition to AC Milan defender Alessandro Florenzi, who has returned to Italy to undergo a minor operation that has been planned for months, Tommaso Pobega has left the camp. The Torino midfielder, who is unavailable for Tuesday’s match against Germany, will return to his club side in the next few hours to receive treatment.
Despite being suspended for the game against the Germans after picking up a yellow card against England, Sandro Tonali will remain with the squad. The Italian team will travel on Monday morning to Düsseldorf for their preparations at Borussia-Park in Mönchengladbach in the afternoon.
