After this, the players were divided into two groups and took part in a possession exercise.Following this, Mexes, Rami, Zaccardo, Bonera and De Jong moved to the lower pitch to work with coach Tassotti on some defensive plays, while the rest of the group remained on the central pitch focusing on tactics with head coach Allegri.Milan’s chief executive Adriano Galliani was also present at Milanello and watched the final part of the training session.Club captain Riccardo Montolivo and Keisuke Honda took part in the entire training session with their team-mates.Valter Birsa continued to work alone by doing some jogging on the lower pitch.Urby Emanuelson and Ignazio Abate worked out in the gym on their personalised training programs.The squad will train again today at 12.00, with the departure for the away match with Sassuolo scheduled for 16.30.
