MILANELLO – Massimiliano Allegri and the first team were at work yesterday afternoon at the Milanello sports centre from 14.30. Abbiati and Constant trained normally while both Bonera and De Sciglio both followed personalized training programs.Andrenacci and Modic from the Primavera side both trained with the first team.The session began with a run to warm up and a stretching session.Training continued with some possession drills. The team first played a three touch game and then an exercise where a point was gained by the team that managed ten consecutive passes.The team then went on to work on tactics playing a 9-a-side match on a reduced pitch.Training ended with a normal practice match.Training today is scheduled for 11.30.
