After a brief word from coach Allegri, the squad started with some running drills using the hurdles followed by some sprints.
Abbiati, Gabriel and Coppola under the guidance of coaches Landucci and Fiori were also out working on the central pitch.
De Sciglio, Emanuelson, Kakà and Pazzini trained with the group. Ignazio Abate worked alone while Kevin Constant trained in the gym.
Muntari worked on his personalised training program with a jog and some sprints around the outside of the central pitch.
The group then focused on some tactical considerations with an 11 v 11 exercise aimed at working on movements and plays ahead of the match with Roma at the San Siro on Monday evening.
The training session then finished with a regular practice match on a full size pitch.
