STEPHAN EL SHAARAWY: “My main objective is to do well, both for Milan and for myself”

MILAN – Stephan El Shaarawy was at the Mondadori Megastore in the city of Milan on Friday night for a commercial event. Speaking from the event, he had the following to say about footballing matters on and off the pitch:

“I started the season in a positive manner giving a good performance against Lazio, then I was on the bench for 3 straight matches but I respect the coach’s choices. There’s a bit of disappointment and anger, but it’s normal. This year there are many of us and there is a lot of competition. I’m training well and I’m giving my all. Even in the match with Chievo I gave my all and I tried my moves. I have the confidence of the coach, who tells me this every day, and that of the club and I try to be consistently calm. The coach himself said that I haven’t got anything to prove to anyone. He knows what my qualities are and what my value is. I want to do what I know with serenity. I haven’t scored in a while, but my main objective is to do well, both for Milan and for myself.”
