MILAN – The final round of the 2015-16 Serie A season is nearly upon us and pits Milan against Roma at the San Siro. Ahead of the round 38 match, we check out the previous results between the two teams, the former players, a memorable moment and the form of the two sides going into the league clash.

With three rounds to go, the two title rivals clashed at the San Siro and it didn’t take long for the game to burst into life: after just 79 seconds a pinpoint cross from Kakà picked out Shevchenko who nodded Milan in front. The Rossoneri, coached by Carlo Ancelotti, would never relinquish their slender lead and after a tense 90 minutes claimed all 3 points for league title number 17!
